All our jewellery is meticulously handcrafted. The total time from order placement to delivery typically ranges from 5 to 7 working days, encompassing crafting, processing, and shipping. Below is a breakdown of our process and timelines:

Crafting and Delivery Timeline

Order Processing & Crafting: 2 - 3 working days
DHL Shipping from UK to Kiri & Belle South Africa : 2 – 3 working days

Once your item has been completed it will be sent with DHL from our UK studio to the offices of Silvery Jewellery based in Durban South Africa: 2-3 working days

Local South African delivery with Aramex: 1 Working Day

Once Kiri & Belle South Africa receive your order from DHL at the Silvery Jewellery office your item is then delivered locally using Aramex.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that no duties or taxes are applied to any of our orders. Kiri & Belle is registered in South Africa and managed by Silvery Jewellery, meaning that all import taxes are covered by Kiri & Belle within South Africa

Shipping Fee

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders within South Africa using the Aramex.

Once your personalised item is crafted, it is shipped via DHL Express to our Silvery dispatch team in Durban, South Africa. Upon arrival, our team ensures same-day dispatch using Aramex for final delivery. You will receive tracking information to monitor your order’s progress.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee across all items excluding earrings and personalised or custom items.

How do I return/exchange my item?

If you wish to return or exchange your item, email team@kiriandbelle.com with your order number and request (i.e can I exchange my large bracelet for a smaller size) One of our team members will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Returns will be processed within 2 working days and refunds will take up to 3 working days to appear in your account.

Whats the cost for returning an item?

The cost for returning an item is charged at R95.00 Vat included, and will be deducted off the total refundable amount.

I’ve received a faulty item?

We are so sorry you have received a faulty item. Please send an image of the item to team@kiriandbelle.com and one of our team members will work to resolve the issue for you.
